Hawkins’ Forensic Architect Sam Morley has recently been appointed by the Architects Registration Board (ARB) as an Inquirer. The ARB is an independent professional regulator, established by Parliament as a statutory body, through the Architects Act, in 1997. This prestigious role involves carrying out investigations into allegations of breaches of the Architects Code by Architects, providing advice and guidance to ARB in relation to architectural aspects of a case and presenting their evidence to the Professional Conduct Committee.
ARB maintains a publicly available Register of Architects so that anyone using the services of an architect can be confident that they are suitably qualified and are fit to practise.Â
