It is with great pleasure that we announce the addition of Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Albert Law, to our team in Hong Kong.
Albert graduated with Honours in Mechanical Engineering and holds a Masters degree in Building Services Engineering. He brings over 12 years of experience, having worked in various roles, including Project Manager and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Designer.
Albert began his career as a mechanical engineering contractor for a railway project in Hong Kong. He then transitioned into consultancy, working as a Mechanical Design Engineer on international railway projects including the Doha Metro Gold Line in Qatar. Albert has contributed to a variety of building projects in Hong Kong and Macau, where he designed heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems amongst others. In addition to his railway experience, he has several years of design experience in data centres, the banking industry, and government buildings. He has undertaken work for several global companies such as Atkins, WSP, NTT, ARUP, and Turner and Townsend.
Albert moved into project management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire construction cycle. As a Project Manager, he used his MEP expertise, and management, communication and coordination skills to oversee various types of buildings, including data centres, stadiums, and buildings for global commercial banking across the Asia Pacific Region.
We are delighted to welcome Albert to the team as we further strengthen our capabilities in the Greater China and Asia region.
