Hawkins is delighted to announce that Gavin Dunn’s article on electric scooters, discussing the risks and the laws surrounding them, is featured in FOIL (Forum of Insurance Lawyers) Magazine.
Formed in 1992, FOIL aims to provide the defendant insurance lawyer community, a body to sit alongside the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Members of FOIL act for insurers, self-insured companies and all authorities in the public and private sectors.Â
This is a fantastic achievement and Hawkins is extremely proud of Gavin’s contribution to the magazine.Â
