We are delighted to announce that Hawkins & Associates has acquired cost consultancy A Lamb Associates (ALA) and its subsidiary Morham + Brotchie.
Established in 1996, ALA provides commercial management, expert witness and dispute resolution services to the construction and energy industry. They are leading specialists in oil, gas and water cross country pipelines worldwide.
The acquisition of A Lamb Associates includes Morham + Brotchie, one of the most respected Quantity Surveying practices in the UK. The practice has a wealth of experience from simple house extensions to multi-million pound contracts. They are particularly recognised for their considerable experience and expertise with listed historic buildings and complex projects.
Andrew Prickett of Hawkins commented “This is a significant strategic milestone for our business. Hawkins & Associates and ALA have worked closely for several years, sharing the same values and ambitions. Joining forces with ALA will bolster our existing service offerings, benefiting both our existing and new clients while aligning seamlessly with our commitment of delivering exceptional value and service.”
Tom Lamb from ALA shared “We are delighted to complement our service offerings with the additional resources, capabilities and scale of Hawkins. We look forward to working collaboratively with the new team and further enhancing the breadth of services that we can offer to our respective clients.”
By combining strengths and expertise, this acquisition will build on our existing capabilities and services and ensure that clients continue to benefit from the experience and track record of trusted market leaders. Hawkins can now provide both technical and quantum and delay on the same case, giving clients unparallelled service in the market. Clients of both companies can expect uninterrupted service and support during this transition.
