We are pleased to announce that Electrical Engineer, Jack Holderness has joined our Bristol office.

Jack started his career in 2010, completing a JIB approved apprenticeship in Electrotechnical Technology and Installation. After qualifying as an electrician, Jack began working within industrial installations and completed an FdSc in Engineering at the University of Plymouth. Jack has gone on to work in a variety of sectors within Project Engineering and Electrical Design Engineering roles, delivering projects and innovative designs across the UK and internationally.

Jack’s expertise includes electrical installations within commercial and industrial environments, water treatment and distribution, and electrical installations within explosive atmospheres and ATEX regulations. He has worked on physical security and anti-terror hostile vehicle migration systems and electrical systems for superyachts to meet class and flag requirements. He also brings extensive experience in the automation of process plants, including instrumented safety systems and refrigerant gas processing and recycling.

Jack also has experience in fire and engineering losses in domestic, commercial, marine, and plant & machinery environments. He is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, and is currently working towards Chartered Engineer status with the Engineering Council as well as studying an MSc in Renewable Energy Engineering with the University of Aberdeen.
