Hawkins is pleased to welcome Niralee Casson as an Associate based in our London Office.
Niralee graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Law. Switching professions, she undertook her architectural studies part-time whilst working full-time at Assael Architecture, an AJ100 practice in West London, culminating in qualifying as an Architect in 2019.
After joining Assael Architecture in 2012, Niralee worked on multiple large-scale residential developments across London. She worked with the team on the masterplan of Paddington Gardens in Westminster, three high-rise residential buildings at Ponton Dock in Newham, and the delivery of 479 Build to Rent apartments at Blackhorse Mills in Waltham Forest.
In 2015 Niralee won the South East (London) Region Women in Property Student Award and was a finalist in the 2018 Traditional Architecture Group Student Award.
In 2018, Niralee began leading the team on the Over-Site Development at the new Nine Elms Underground Station, resulting in a resolution to grant permission in December 2020. Utilising the experience gained from building over infrastructure, Niralee coordinated the team responsible for Vulcan Wharf in Stratford – five residential buildings above 4,000 sq.m of industrial use.
We look forward to adding her experience to our team of Forensic Architects.
